Plan around Bristol Siddeley small turbines ASTAZOU TURBOPROP AUBISQUE TURBOFAN As U.K. Agents for the Turbomeca Company of France, Bristol Siddeley offer two engines designed specifically for light, executive and small transport aircraft. The Turbomeca ASTAZOU, a 600 HP single shaft turboprop with a low specific fuel consump tion and high power-to-weight ratio. The ASTAZOU is in service with the Potez 840, Pilatus Porter and Sferma Marquis and has been chosen for the Short Skyvan Mk. 2. The Turbo meca AUBISQUE, a lightweight turbofan of 1500 lb. thrust with a specific fuel consumption at take off of -6 lbs/lb/hr.
