FLIGHT International. 4 April 1963 BLACKBURN BUCCANEER S.Mk 1 In several respects this drawing is the most complex ever published by this journal; in fact, although such a claim can be no more : ihan an opinion, we do not believe any more detailed illustration of an aircraft has previously been published. Frank Munger has depicted the standard Buccaneer S.1 of the type now in service with the Royal Navy, and he prepared his drawing at the Brough factory of Blackburn Aircraft with the company's fullest co-operation. Various areas of particular interest are clarified in separate detail sketches. One of the records established by this drawing is the number of items in the key: 365. Because of its length this key has been placed on another page—p.473. Detail of pilot's instrument panel and control column e lliffe Transport Publications Ltd 1963
