Below, an aircraft flown by the squadron commander, Sqn Ldr K. A. C. Wirdnam, depicts its landing configuration—wheels and flaps down, air-brakes extended—for the benefit of a photographic Hunter T.7 flown by Fit Lt I. Thomson. Overleaf, Sqn Ldr Wirdnam's aircraft is accompanied into a loop by a Lightning T.4 flown by Fit Lt A. W. Cawsey; then lines up astern of three other Treble- One aircraft, flying from their base at RAF Wattisham, Suffolk • . •• .
