FLIGHT International, 2 April 1964 FIT DOPPLER ANDPICTORIAL DISPLAY IN THEIRTRIDENT FLEET DOPPLER 62 The Doppler system chosen by BEA after intensive examination of the many systems available has been jointly developed by the Decca Navigator and Radar Companies. This combined research has produced a lightweight equipment that sets new standards for reliable operation. In conjunction with Decca Doppler a Decca pictorial display is used. This display is a de- velopment of the Flight Log, which is in service in over 400 aircraft and has proved its worth with BEA in over a million flying hours.
