Initial training will last about a year. Annual increments take the salary up to £1.680 and there are good prospects cf prcmotion to the next grade (maxi- mum salary £1,977). There are also a number of higher appointments with salaries of £2,175 and above. IF YOU ARE NOT YET 13 you can enter as an Officer Cadet graduating to an Officer after (our years training which will include learning to fly. Pay while training will be between £504 and £760 according to age.
