One of our vacancies is for a senior instrument engineer to be responsible for the design of the Wind Tunnel strain gauge balances and other electronic equipment. QUALIFICATIONS A good aeronautical engineering degree or an engineering apprenticeship with an H.N.D. or equivalent. Experience in wind tunnels is highly desirable, but some posts are open to qualified engineers with other suitable experience who are willing to master the necessary special techniques involved.
