FLIGHT International. 14 February \91A 215 THIRD-LEVEL AIRLINES Trans-Mountain Air Services Ltd oper ates extensively in British Columbia. Twice-daily scheduled services depart Campbell River to serve Quatum River, Stuart Island, Fredericks Arm, Phillips Arm, Loughborough Inlet, Topaze Har bour, Sonora Island, Nodales Channel, Blind Channel and Way Points. The Bute schedule serves Moh Creek, P & T, Taylors Camp, Eva Creek, Maion Log ging, Southgate and Way Points. Knight Inlet schedule operates to Kyuquot, Logging, Wahkash Creek and Way Points, and the North Coast route links Campbell River to Port Neville Logging, Minstrel Island, Thompson Sound, Gil ford Island, Beaver Cove, Port McNeil, Sointula and Alert Bay. Trans New England Airlines Inc is a scheduled all-cargo commuter which operates Beech 18s between Boston (Massachusetts), Hanover, Keene, Laconia, Lebanon and Manchester (New Hampshire), Hartford (Connecticut), Lewiston and Portland (Maine). Transportes Aereos Buenos Aires SA (TABA) came into being in 1956. Initially a charter operator, the airline started scheduled services in May 1959 which are now operated in Buenos Aires Province, radiating from Buenos Aires to Necochea, Tandil and Tres Arroyos. Transportes Aereos de Moeambique Lda (TAM), based at Sacadura Cabral Air port, Beira, is mainly a charter operator but is believed to fly regular scheduled passenger and cargos ervices from Beira to Buzi, Luabo and Pande. Regular scheduled passenger services are oper ated with a large fleet, linking Prince Rupert, BC,-Seal Cove and Stewart, Alice Arm, Masset and Sandspit. The airline has bases at Prince Rupert, Prince George, Smithers, Sandspit and Ocean Falls, and also undertakes charter flights. Trans-West Air Charter (WA) Pty Ltd operates third-level services in Western Australia from Port Hedland to Marble Bar, Nullagine and Hillside; Kalgoorlie and Perth to Leonora, Windarra and Laverton; and from Mt Goldsworthy to Port Hedland and Shay Gap. Tricon International Airlines Inc flies scheduled all-cargo routes within Texas and to the neighbouring state of Louisi ana. Cahill, director. Scheduled passen ger and cargo services currently link Carnarvon with Denham, Shark Bay and Useless Loop. The company also pro vides flight training, general charter work and aerial mustering. Head Office: 28 Stuart Street. Carnar von, Western Australia 6701. Fleet: One Cessna 337, two Cessna 210, one Cessna 182, one Cessna 180 two Cessna 172. Turks and Caicos Airways Ltd, formed in February 1972 by American and British interests, operates scheduled and charter services within the Turks and Caicos Islands, linking Grand Turk, North Caicos, Middle Caicos, South Caicos, Salt Cay and Providenciales. The airline also provides scheduled services to and within the Republic of Haiti, serving Port-au-Prince, Jeremie, Jacmel and Cap Haitien. Head Office: P.M.B. 12, Cockburn Town, Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. Fleet: Two DHC-6 Twin Otter, one Beech D18. Union Air Pty Ltd provides daily scheduled passenger services in Queens land between Maryborough and Orchid Beach. This service is extended on Sun days to Maroochydore and Brisbane. United Air Services (Pty) Ltd, based at Wonderboom Airport, Pretoria, operates scheduled feeder services to rural areas in the Transvaal, which were begun in October 1972. Daily services link Messina to Jan Smuts Airport, via Tshipise, Louis Trichardt, Pietersburg and Potgieters-rust. Upper Valley Aviation Inc is authorised to fly scheduled mail services from McAllen, Texas. Three airmail routes are currently operated, together with passenger and cargo charters. Valley Airlines Inc operates scheduled commuter services in California, pro viding connections between Oakland, San Jose, Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey and Santa Barbara. Vanguard Airways Inc is a scheduled commuter air carrier, which flies regular services with Piper Cherokee aircraft in Louisiana, between New Orleans, Houma, Morgan City, New Iberia, Lafayette and Lake Charles.
