Scheduled commuter services are operated in Florida, linking Vero Beach with Miami, Tampa and Orlando. Flights are operated on weekdays. Vieques Air Link Inc operates frequent scheduled commuter services in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Wagner Aviation Ltd operates in On tario, flying scheduled unit toll pas senger services from Kingston to Ottawa, and across the border to Syra cuse in New York state. A Britten-Norman Islander is used on these ser vices, which are operated twice daily during the week. Air Express and charter flights are also undertaken. Wagner Aviation was founded on May 24, 1967. Westair, a subsidiary of Western Air Stages, is a Colorado-owned corporation based at Walker Field, Grand Junc tion. Regular scheduled passenger and cargo flights are now operated to the major Western Colorado ski slopes of Aspen, Vail Eagle, Steamboat Springs and Colorado Springs. There are at present 18 daily "shuttle" flights be tween Grand Junction and Aspen, four to Colorado Springs and one daily ser vice to the other destinations. Westkustenflug Hellinger KG operates scheduled seasonal services in asso ciation with HADAG General Air from Hamburg to Wyk-auf-F6hr / Pellworm and Hooge (North Frisian Islands) via the Schleswig - Holstein towns of St Peter- Ording and Heide/Busum. Flights are operated from March 27 to October 6, and there are three daily return ser vices during the peak holiday season between May 30 and September 8, one daily flight at other times. Westkiisten- ftug also undertakes air-taxi and charter work and pilot training. Commercial passenger services were started in 1965. Wheeler Flying Service Inc is a sched uled commuter air carrier which flies thrice daily between Raleigh/Durham, Greenville, Morehead City and Elizabeth City (all in North Carolina), as well as to Norfolk, Virginia. Windward Island Airways International NV was formed on August 15, 1962, and currently operates regular scheduled services from Philipsburg, St Maarten, to other islands in the Lesser Antilles, including Saba, St Eustatius, St Kitts, San Juan, St Barthelemy, Guadeloupe, Antigua, Dominica, Martinique and Anguilla. Winnipesaukee Aviation Inc began scheduled commuter services on Novem ber 1, 1967, between Laconia, New Hampshire, and Boston, Massachusetts. Four daily flights are currently operated over this route on weekdays (fewer at weekends). The company also provides charter services and flight training. Wright Air Lines Inc operates scheduled commuter services between Burke Lake- front Airport, Cleveland and City Air port, Detroit. Five daily services are operated during the week, fewer at weekends. The airline no longer serves Pittsburgh, Dayton and Columbus. Wright Air Lines was certificated in May 1966 and took over the Columbus-based carrier Tyme Airlines in July 1968 and Air Commuter Airlines a month later. Zia Airlines, until recently known as Associated Air Ambulance Service Inc, was founded on August 16, 1972, and currently operates three daily round trip flights between Albuquerque and Santa Fe (New Mexico), and from Las Cruces to El Paso (Texas). Two daily services link Las Cruces and Albuquer que, and other routes within New Mexico are expected to be added dur ing 1975.
