The FLITE-TRAK system is a cost effective alternative for tracking in applications beyond radar coverage or where multiple radar sites would be required. Aircraft messages include position/altitude from onboard systems. The FLITE-TRAK base station features a color graphics map display of current aircraft location/altitude with a number of operator-selected map overlays. Special features are included to minimize the workload, and facilitate company dispatch and search and rescue operations. Aircraft equipment can initiate messages. The base station can poll aircraft automatically and direct messages to individual airborne units. The aircraft unit incorporates a color CRT display and a cockpit printer is available for uplink messages. A full alphanumeric keyboard facilitates downlink message entry. A limited control panel is available for position/altitude reporting only. Shipboard and vehicle equipment is available utilizing Loran-C, Omega and Decca receivers with the FLITE-TRAK base station providing a fully integrated tracking/display capability. Call or write today and find out why some of the world's largest corporations and governments have chosen the ONI FLITE-TRAK systems. out iseee - OCM eiss 28«S fl- 4 4h OFFSHORE NAVIGATION, INC. 5728 Jefferson Highway P.O.
