The project is now moving rapidly from design to actual production and the first test flight is just a few short months away. The metaJ has been cut, the composites have been cured, the top structure is complete and everything is now proceeding towards the plan ned roll out. The EHIOl is the result of success ful co-operation between Agusta of Italy and Westland of Great Britain, fully supported by their respective Governments, and is now ^ recognised as being" the most significant bi-national programme in Europe. The commitment of the companies is matched only by the level of enthusiasm displayed by potential buyers, civil, naval, and military.
