With headquarters at Barrow-in-Furness, close to the Lake District and subsidiaries in Birkenhead, Manchester, Bath, on the south coast and in Scotland, we operate a flight of 2 King Air 200 turbine powered aircraft from our own airfield on nearby Walney Island, maintaining a high utilisation pattern. As a result of Company business and general aviation developments, we now wish to strengthen our flying team by the recruitment of a Chief Pilot plus one or more Pilots. Candidates should hold a CPL/IR with Perf "A", and have extensive corporate or charter flying experience, including thorough knowledge of turbine powered aircraft. For the senior position, evidence of appropriate leadership qualities and administration experience are also required. All positions carry an attractive package of conditions, including excellent pension scheme. Because the centre of operations is Barrow, those appointed will be expected to settle within guaranteed reach of the airfield, but this area includes a wide variety of housing at relatively low cost, a full range of education, shopping and social facilities, and an environment unrivalled in the U.K. Generous assistance with relocation will be given, where appropriate.
