AEROSPA CE APPOINTMENTS Air Botswana ENGINEERING MANAGER Air Botswana, the National Airline of Botswana has recently commissioned a new maintenance facility concurrent with the introduction of new ATR42 turbo propeller aircraft. We now seek a "team leader" to head the Engineering Division. The person we are seeking for this challenging task will be required to have had significant Senior Engineering Management experience in an established Airline, together with extensive line and base maintenance exposure. He should hold ICAO licences covering turbo propeller and jet aircraft, and have a broadly based experience of all functions related to the Management and development of an approved maintenance facility. A primary task will be the training of Botswana citizens to achieve the skills and qualifications necessary for them to maintain the approval of the facility. In addition a good sound experience of airworthiness procedures is essential.
