A/S Norving now operates aircraft seating fewer than 30 passengers. Bangkok Airways ceased operations in 1987. Challenge Air International ceased operations in November 1987. Club Air ceased operations in October 1988. Dutch Air Ferries ceased scheduled services in 1988. Galaxy Airlines ceased operations in 1987. Internacional de Aviacion (Inair) has ceased oper ations. Definitions and notes to the 1989 Directory The 1989 Flight World Airline Directory lists, in alphabetical order and compre hensively cross-indexed, more than 600 domestic and international airlines offer ing either scheduled or charter services in public-transport-category aircraft. The entries primarily relate to operators using pressurised aircraft of more than 30 seats capacity, the few exceptions being certain national carriers equipped with smaller aircraft types, and a few helicopter companies that operate scheduled passenger services. As per last year's Directory, we have adhered more rigidly to the "30-seat and pressurised" rule. Consequently, only a 33
