CREW BRIEFING SYSTEMS. Crew Briefing Systems provide infor mation to flight crews on fuel and Route Planning (SWORD system), ground Meteorology (MET system) and NOTAMS (AIS system). British Airways offers a 24 hour Crew Briefing service to other airlines in a number of ways by providing: • a shared service with the customer operating the system through his own terminals. • a full service with the information produced by British Airways for the customer on request. The service can be for SWORD, MET or AIS. CONSULTANCY SERVICES. We act as consultants on a wide range of interests such as the process of pilot performance information, logistics and operational control services. FLIGHT GUIDES AND CHARTS. The AERAD Flight Guide gives comprehensive coverage of world flight documentation and provides infor mation on instrument approach and landing, ground movement control, taxying, parking ramps, noise abatement procedures and SID/STAR charts. The AERAD service includes separate sup plements tor Asia, Africa, Europe and the Western Hemisphere which contain BRITISH AIRWAYS tabulated information on navigational aids, communications, meteorological broadcasts, aerodrome data and other related information. FLIGHT AND CABIN CREW SECONDMENT British Airways is willing to consider requests tor the secondment ot either Flight Crews or Cabin Crews to other airlines. These crew members are all trained to a high degree ot proficiency for which British Airways is justifiably proud. NAVIGATION SERVICES.
