Productivity Allowance (Based on average flying hours): Ranges from S$500 to S$1200 pm depending on aircraft type. Meal Allowance (average): Ranges from SS600 to SS2100 pm depending on routes flown. Transport Allowance in Singapore: S$23 per round trip for captains and first officers. S$95 pm for flight engineers. Privileged Travel: National terms — Free air travel for employee and 90% rebated travel for spouse and 2 eligible dependants once a year during the first 5 years of service. In addition, discounted travel on other occasions. Expatriate terms — Free air travel for employee, spouse and eligible dependants once a year. Discounted travel on other occasions. Employer contribution to a provident fund. Annual leave of 4 to 6 weeks. Free medical and dental treatment for employees. Subsidised medical insurance for spouse and children. Additional Benefits for Expatriate Terms Gratuity: S$500 for each completed month of service payable at the end of each contract period. Inducement Allowance: S$6000 per completed year of service payable at the end of each calendar year. Expatriation Allowance: SS1025 pm if married and S$775 pm if single. House Rental Allowance: Subsidised up to S$ 3200 pm. ChilJ Education Assistance: Up to S$500 pm for each child aged 5 to 20 years for a maximum of 3 children and 50% reimbursement of remaining amount above S$500 per child.
