Those without this experience must have a minimum total of 7000 hours inclusive of 3000 hours Pilot-in- command on wide-bodied airline jets'and international route experience. First Officers: Preference will be given to those with B747-400 experience. Those without this experience must have a minimum total of 2500 hours on wide- bodied airline jets and international route experience. Age Limit Commanders: Below 57 years if qualified on B747-400. Below 55 years if without B747-400 rating. First Officers: Below 50 years. Tenure & Prospects 3 to 5 years with prospects for extension. Training Bond Those given conversion training are required to enter into a training bond and to provide a bank guarantee for a period of 5 years. Monthly Basic Salary Commanders: ' • During ground training During line training Thereafter First Officers: During ground training During line training Thereafter Rated (S$) 7550 7550 7750 3900 3900 4000 Non-rated (S$) 5850 7550 7750 2950 3900 4000 Service Benefits and Allowances Annual Wage Supplement. One month's basic salary. Profit-sharing Bonus: Varies, according to Company's performance. Productivity Allowances: Range from SS2300 to S$2800 pm for Commanders and from SS1200 to SS1500 pm for First Officers. Meal Allowance (average): SS2300 per month. Transport Allowance in Singapore: S$23 per round trip. Privilege Travel: Free air travel for employee, spouse and eligible dependants once a year. In addition, discounted travel on other occasions. Annual Leave: 6 calendar weeks. Gratuity: S$500 for each completed month of service payable at the end of each contract period. Expatriation Allowance: S$1025pm if married and S$775 pm if single. House Rental Allowance: 80% subsidy up to a maximum ofS$3200pm. Chiki Education Assistance: Up to S$500 pm for each child aged 5 to 20 years for a maximum of 3 children and 50% reimbursement of remaining amount above S$500 per child. Other Benefits: Employer contribution to a provident fund. Free medical and dental treatment for em ployees. Subsidised medical insurance for spouse and children.
