Those without this experience should have flown on international routes and have a minimum total of 7,000 hours to include 3,500 command (captain) hours on commercial airline jets, preferably on wide-bodied jets. Age Limit Below 56 if qualified on B747-400, Below 54 if without B747-400 rating Tenure of Contract At least 4 years with possibility of extension up to age of 60 Training Bond Those given transition training will be required to enter into a training bond and to provide a bank guarantee for a period of 4 years. Probation 3 months, may be extended to 6 months Benefits & Allowances One month annual wage supplement and in addition to housing assistance, one annual free pass travel for pilot + eligible dependants on Company services, 28 days annual leave and subsidised family medical insurance in addition to free medical + dental treatment for pilot.
