You will provide comprehensive technical support to customers worldwide, both over the phone, and if necessary at our customers' facilities. You must be flexible and prepared to carry out short and long- term secondments overseas. You must have an HNC or equivalent qualification in an avionics-related subject, and 5-10 years' experience showing a broad knowledge of the aircraft industry. We will be looking to you to represent us to clients, so your professional knowledge will need to be backed by accomplished personal skills. The ability to work on your own initiative will also be key. A clean driving licence is required.
