FLIGHT RESEARCHER (Temporary contract) Flight International, the World's leading international aerospace news weekly, requires a data researcher on a temporary contract which could lead to a permanent position with Reed Business Publishing's group of aerospace titles. The data researcher will assist in collecting, updating and inputting data, primarily for Flight International's many in- journal directories, into an established Microsoft Access database. Applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the aerospace industry, airlines and aircraft. They must also have extensive experience of working in a Windows environment, and should have experience of Word, Excel and (preferably) Access applications. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, highly organised hard worker who can be relied on to meet (or beat) punishing schedules and deadlines. He or she will have an outgoing personality and a clear and effective telephone manner, and preference will be given to applicants with foreign languages. The data researcher will be based a^.our headquarters in Sutton, Surrey, and can expect to be" paid around £300/week. It is envisaged that this temporary contract could initially last for up to nine months.
