The role will involve managing a team of data researchers who will provide accurate and comprehensive information for RBP's aerospace online service as well as RBP's aerospace magazines Flight International and Airline Business. The Data Research Manager will be responsible for collecting, updating and inputting data into a database and ensuring its accuracy. Therefore, the successful applicant will have knowledge of aerospace, airlines and aircraft. General IT knowledge is essential. Direct experience of managing and manipulating information in a relational database would be ideal. The successful applicant will probably have experience of working in a Windows environment and using spreadsheet software such as ExceL Applicants should be well organised and thrive on meeting the demanding tasks associated with online and magazine publishing schedules. The ability to manage relationships both inside and outside the organisation and work closely with RBP's aerospace magazines, Flight International and Airline Business, is an important consideration.
