ATION AND EXCELLENCE LEADING THE WAY IN R&D CAE's success is founded on our strong commitment to Research and Development. We invest as much as 20% of our gross revenues in R and D - a percentage well above the industry norm and more than 10 times the average for all North American industries. And we are constantly researching our customers' needs. CAE sponsors flight crew training conferences in various countries. By listening to the concerns of experts and end-users, we ensure customer satisfaction is built into every product. A PROVEN FORCE AROUND THE WORLD Headquartered in Canada, CAE has affiliated companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. All are enjoying current successes. In the US, we are providing flight simulators for Boeing's newest jet, the 737-700. CAE is the leading supplier of simulators to the major US airlines. We have long served the airlines of the UK and are currently supplying training equipment to the Royal Navy for its Merlin and Lynx Mk 8 ship-borne helicopters. In Germany, CAE is providing simulator assets to the army's new helicopter training school. And in Australia, CAE is manufacturing simulators for the army's Blackhawk aircraft and the RAAF's C130J and B707.
