INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE HELICOPTER EMERGENCY SERVICE Bids are invited from interested parties to tender for the contract to provide all aviation aspects of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS London). The service is currently run during daylight hours using a SA Dauphin 365N, in accordance with the AOC operations manual and contemporary regulations. The bidders will be expected to hold an AOC with a HEMS approval.
