The company introduced a reduced-price Beech King Air, the C90SE (Special Edition) in 1994, in a bid to stimulate demand for the aircraft. Beech offers a corpo rate version of the 1900D turboprop regional airliner, and production continues of the Beechjet400A twin-turbofan business jet. The Hawker product line includes the AlliedSignal TFE731-powered Hawker 800, the slightly larger P&WC PW305-powered Hawker 1000, and the all-new PW308A-pow- ered Horizon. The design authority for the Hawker range, along with all the other mem bers of die former 125 family, was officially transferred from BAe to Raytheon during 1995. Final assembly of die Hawker 800 is now being undertaken in die USA, with UK production being wound down. During 1995, the improved, longer-range Hawker 800XP was certificated. In 1996, Raytheon delivered the 900tJi Hawker business jet with the handover of the 17th Hawker 1000 for Executive Jet Aviation's Netjets fractional- ownership programme. The Hawker 1000 is being phased out during 1997, with its successor, the all-new Horizon, beingunveiled atthe National Business Aircraft Association show in November 1996. The new aircraft will have a 6,100km range at Mach 0.8, a M0.84 maximum cruise, and a 16,300kgMTOW. Fuji Heavy Industries will supply die wing • In A World Of Cluttered Airwaves Dayton-Granger, Inc. Always Provides A Clear Line Of Communication. Air to air or air to ground communication is extremely important when flying aircraft. Continually increasing air traffic has cluttered the world with millions of airwaves. Increased airwaves leads to increased chances of broken or jammed signal transfer. These days there is a struggle for pilots and radio towers to maintain a clear line of communication. Dayton-Granger is your pipeline for direct and clear communica tion. Our VF10-347 and 720044 communication antenna series were designed to maximize the antennas pattern/gain characteristics to achieve the best performance within the 116 - 156 MHz frequency range. Our antennas utilize state-of-the-art electronic components to insure long term performance and durability. The VF10-347 and 720044 are both manufac tured from cast aluminum to prevent damage due to erosion, vibration and foreign objects.
