Courses start between March and July 1998. t> Britannia You will have • Minimum 1500 hours • 500 hours Heavy Jet • Long Range Rating • Long Range experience an advantage For rapid promotion to Commander, applicants will ideally have • Over 5000 hours • Current B757/767 rating • Long Range Rating plus • Current/previous Command experience an advantage. All applicants must be experienced Commercial Airline Pilots holding a German ATPL or able to secure a German Validation. They must have the right to live and work in Germany with no restrictions on their ability to operate worldwide. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be required to provide Technical Support, ensuring all operational and maintenance targets are met and maintained. A thorough knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation is essential, with particular focus on JAR-OPS-M and JAR-145. Previous experience must include technical knowledge of aircraft systems, understanding of aircraft operations, commercial awareness, contract negotiating skills, communication and customer service skills. Educated to HNC/HND/BTEC standard, you will preferably hold a CAA Aircraft Engineers Licence and have at least 10 years experience in a Principle or Management position. Ideally, candidates will also have some experience / training in a QA or Audit role. Hours of work 37 '/i hours per week (08.30-17.30) with availability 24 hours / 7 days.
