Helicopter Engine Design (Ret: GF97I 728) Design of engine installation, air intakes, exhaust pipes, mountings, etc. From Concept design and interface with engine manufacturer to detailed production drawings, using CATIA/CADAM 2. Structural/Dynamics Engineer (Ret: 971 729) Main/Tail helicopter rotor hubs stress analysis using conventional. GFRP and/or CFC materials. Knowledge of NASTRAN or other analysis programmes for rotor components. Static and fatigue tests proposals to analyse test results and issue final reports. 3. Reliability Engineer (Ref: 971 730) Reliability and Maintainability of helicopter or aircraft components (mechanical) using MSG 3 Analysis 4. Mechanical Designer (Rcf: GF971 731) Designing helicopter's gearboxes, from initial conceptional design to detailed production drawings using CATIA and CADAM. Also capability to do first design stress analysis.
