INVESTOR IN PEOPLE DEPUTY QUALITY MANAGER (LUTON) Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a highly committed aviation professional to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the position of Deputy Quality Manager. Reporting to and deputising for the Engineering Quality Manager. The positions involve liaising with aircraft and component manufacturers to resolve technical issues, therefore good communication skills arc essential. Applicants must have extensive hands-on experience on at least three Monarch fleet types (B757. 737. 767. A320. 300, 321. 330. DC 10) OR previous experience in the Technical Services environment. DEFECT ANALYST - MECHANICAL (LUTON) A vacancy has arisen for an experienced engineer to analyse repetitive defects on all the fleets managed by Monarch Aircraft Engineering, to support Line and Base Maintenance activities of the Company. Main duties will include performing repetitive defect analysis and reliability system analysis of defects and making recommendations to ensure cost effective rectifications. Liaison with aircraft and component manufacturers will be required to address Don standard defects. It is important to ensure continuity of information between Line and Base maintenance. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of at least three of the fleets (B737, 757, 767, A320. 321,330, DC10) is essential. Working hours will be primarily shift based or office hours as appropriate. Candidates should have relevant aircraft maintenance licences or an equivalent educational standard. Computer literacy is essential, or the willingness to learn. As always, communication skills are vital.
