JJfM&'fOWf Canada's Air Atlantic operates Jetstream 41s from Halifax operations began on 28 July, 1974 from Lima to Buenos Aires. The company resulted from a re organisation of Satco, the airline element of the Peruvian air force. AeroPeru was denationalised in July 1981. In 1993 Aeroperu was privatised and acquired by Corporacion International de Aviacion (Cintra) which also owns Mexicana and Aeromexico. These three airlines have entered into a codeshare agreement under the name Alas de Americas.
