Then we squeezed over 800 working hours into every 24 hours. In this way, working round the clock, Saturday and Sunday included, Sogerma turned around a Virgin Atlantic A340 for a maintenance check and large modification package in just eight days. A record performance. But quick service maintenance is worthless if it isn't carried out to the very highest standards of quality and safety. Today, we happily apply the same rigour and working passion to all five of his A340s. Sogerma is also leading the way in specialized conversion projects. From upgrading cabins or bringing onboard avionics up-to-date, through to the most complete aircraft transformations. We are the only ones to have transformed an A300 for Zero Gravity experiments. And we are alone in being able to transform an A310/300 to fly under three different possible configurations: all passenger (with the complete comfort of a standard aircraft), cargo, or combi.
