Qualifications • University degree: technical degree preferred. • 5 - 10 years experience gained within the aviation industry. • Marked interpersonal, presentation and key acco unt management skills. • Second European language desirable Responsibilities • Supervision and control of maintenance for all Flexjet aircraft and Flexjet stock of spare parts. • Will be responsible for structuring the setup of Flexjet's maintenance activities in Luton. • Responsible for all staff related issues eg. work schedules of engineers and training plans. • Control, logging and responsibility for spare part stock, and other items purchased by Flexjet. Qualifications • Must hold a valid ICAO type II license. • Previous experience with Bombardier Business Air craft is essential. • Work experience on Lear 31A, 60 and Challenger desirable. • Previous supervisory experience required. Ideally you should be a licensed engineer with strong leadership capabilities and appropriate line maintenance experience. Saab 340 experience would be advantageous although training will be given.
