Certification Strategi eS The Position: In this function you will be responsible for establishing and improving efficient strategies and processes for aircraft certifications. Furthermore, you will participate in setting up workshare arrangements with co-operands. As a representative for Fairchild Dornier's interests with international authorities and organizations, you will monitor developments in certification processes, and maintain a close relationship to those organizations in order to achieve standard processes and requirements for aircraft manufacturers. You will also provide training in your field of expertise as part of the scope of your duties. Your Profile: To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in Electrical, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering and have at least five years experience in aircraft certification. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the aviation authorities' requirements (JAA and FAA) and be willing to travel internationally. A working knowledge of the German language would be welcome.
