The objective is the continued development of safety policies, and safety awareness, both in the air and on the ground. Ground Safety and Cabin Safety Specialists To carry out risk assessments, develop and implement accident prevention programmes. Investigate incidents, prepare reports and make recommendations. College Degree in industrial safety, or related field, plus eight years' experience in aviation safety. Safety Research and Strategy Advisor Assist in the development and implementation of safety strategies for use system wide. Review and update emergency procedures, evaluate the safety awareness programmes, ensure accident investigations are thorough and remedies are applied. College Degree in Aircraft Engineering or related field, plus at least 1 5 years' aviation safety experience. Candidates must be PC literate, with good analytical and report writing skills.
