Following our highly successful flotation in November we are continuing to expand rapidly and have a confirmed order for a further 29 Boeing 737-700 aircraft to be delivered by the end of 2004. During this summer we will increase our fleet size in Amsterdam to 3 aircraft and have now reached the point where we are looking to recruit pilots to be permanently based at Amsterdam. In order to provide you with further information about easyJet and the fantastic opportunities and benefits we offer, we have arranged the following events in Amsterdam: Roadshow (irrformatiedagen) at the Aviodome, Schiphol • 29th and 30th March from lOOOhrs to I800hrs All pilots are welcome to drop in at any time during the day to rrget the team and find out more about the reality of working for easyJet Captains Evening at the Sheraton, Schiphol • 29th and 30th March from 2000hrs to 2300hrs Join the pilot management for drinks and canapes and discuss the opportunities we can provide for Direct Entry Captains. Please note that to qualify for a direct entry command you need a minimum of 3000 (factorised) hours with 500 in the left hand seat of a heavy commercial jet If you can't join the orange team for any of the above events please apply on-line at www.easyJet.com if you haven't done so already. Amsterdam Base Captain This role has been developed to provide local management for pilots at each of our main hubs and we are now looking for someone to fulfil this role at Amsterdam.The role involves: • the safe and efficient day to day operation of the base • the welfare and discipline of pilots at the base • the implementation of centralised company strategy and policy This role requires strong people management, organisational, and facilitation skills.
