One vacancy is at our Middle Wallop (Hampshire) Training Centre and the other at our Dishforth (North Yorkshire) Training Centre. You will be responsible for the maintenance of'state of the art' flight simulators and Part-Task Trainers.These incorporate cutting edge technologies such as E&S Harmony image generators, area-crf-interest displays, and electric motion and control loading systems. Extensive use is made of Built-in Test and the repair philosophy is to minimise downtime by rapid fault finding and the replacement of units. You will also maintain a range of other devices such as Computer Based Training (CBT) systems and supervise the maintenance of our new purpose-built facilities.
