Providing live verbal updates to control rooms and officers on the ground as situations develop, you'll also control and direct those police officers where necessary, thereby enhancing operational response to the Force to the highest standards of flight and ground safety. At least three GCSEs (including English and Maths at Grade C or above), or equivalent work experience will be supported by psychomotor skills, spatial awareness including navigational skills, and mental speed. You'll need the ability to multi-task and to concentrate for long periods of time.
