General Manager Customer Service (Ref: GMCS/65/OI) Leading and managing all our front line people, from many different cultures, in delivering the highest standards of service; in the air and on the ground. Responsible for improving service quality through people development, training, performance management and role modeling a true customer service ethos. Marketing Manager (Ref: MM/66/01) Leading the marketing team in developing the brand and supporting the sales effort worldwide. Planning and developing campaigns that target our key customers and markets increasing awareness and customer loyalty. Manager - Privilege Club (Ref: MPC/67/01) Develop and manage our Frequent Flyer Programme through our Privilege Club, which offer a full range of benefits to our regular customers. Determine and deliver high quality marketing programmes, extend membership benefits and provide exceptional customer service. Group Training Manager (Ref: GTM/68/01) Leading management development and training across the whole Qatar Airways Group: developing and delivering high quality, facilitative training through a team of training professionals.
