MAINTENANCE STANDARDS MANAGER - LUTON rV V ometimes it's hard to imagine how something can be improved upon. At easyJet we believe that standards are set to be exceeded and nowhere is our commitment greater than in the area of safety. As Maintenance Standards Manager, you will be a key contributor to our Safety Management System, introducing world-class error management systems and maintenance standards to ensure that safety remains our main priority. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you'll partner our own Engineers and maintenance providers to monitor standards, whilst anticipating factors that may contribute to unexpected problems. In many ways, this is a mentoring role, as it is your enthusiasm and commitment that will stimulate the engineering teams to strive for greater levels of excellence.Your ultimate aim will be to create a virtuous circle of shared knowledge between the airline, engineers and manufacturers. Of course, there are many who can work to the letter and provide us with safe, robust systems and procedures that satisfy the industry standard. But, if you feel as passionately about this as we do, you'll know that the bare minimum simply won't do. We need somebody who is prepared to challenge the status quo, has a natural instinct for safety and enjoys focusing on detail without losing sight of the big picture. A qualified Engineer with considerable experience, you will have recent relevant experience and be CAA licensed. Above all, you'll relish an environment that thrives on empowerment and autonomy. tained consult ne: 020 7438 9300. .
