We are now looking for a Director of Flight Operations to join our team in our Brussels Headquarters. You should be a natural leader with an ability to motivate a large team of highly qualified professionals who deliver a high level of service to our customers. You should be an experienced senior professional who has held similar positions and who can enhance an operation dedicated to the safe and punctual execution of all SN Brussels Airlines flights. The ideal candidate is an Instructor-pilot, preferrably qualified on Avro RJ and/or Airbus A330. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, it is essential that you have exceptional skills in communication, people management, planning and finance. A thorough knowledge of JAR-0PS1 and associated regulations is required whilst knowledge of Belgian CAA regulations is a plus. Fluency in Dutch or French is an asset.
