German operator fly FTI was also part of the Airtours Aviation division, but has been closed down. Following the renaming of the Airtours Group to MyTravel Group in February 2002, the Airtours International and Premiair operations were rebranded as MyTravel Airways with effect from 1 May 2002. Executives President Jiang Heping Fleet 2xXianY7-100C NATIONAL AIRLINES [N7] (ROK) USA National Airlines operated low-cost economy and first-class flights from its main base in Las Vegas to Chicago Midway, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco using a fleet of Boeing 757-200s. It was founded by Michael Conway in April 1995 and backed financially by The Rio Hotel & Casino, Harrah's Entertainment and Wexford Management. Operations started on 27 May 1999. The airline's name originated from a carrier acquired by Pan Am in 1980, before entering Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 1991. In June 2000 National announced it was considering a share place ment and inital public offering for the third or fourth quarter of 2000, but filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on 6 December, while continuing operations as normal.
