As a result of ongoing fleet expansion, a position is currently available within the network management centre for the position of crewing shift manager. The crewing team are responsible for the maintenance of all aircrew rosters within the easyjet network, in accordance with the company flight time limitation scheme and agreed targets for roster quality and network integrity. The successful applicant will head a dedicated team on a twenty-four hour shift pattern covering seven days. Ideally you will have at least five years experience within a crewing environment, and at least two years in a supervisory position. Positions for two crewing officers within the network management centre are currently available. As part of a dedicated team, the successful applicants will need to show the necessary experience to continue the progression of the department with the arrival of the new Airbus fleet The crewing team work a shift pattern covering twenty four hours, seven days a week on a rolling twenty eight day roster. Ideally the successful candidates will have at least two years experience within a crewing department For both positions, all applicants will need to demonstrate the following: • PC literacy • An ability to work under pressure • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Be a strong team player.
