We are seeking three full-time, permanent training consultants in air transport, aviation finance and project management/quality. Position: Key competence areas: Air transport Airline strategy, economics, fleet planning Aviation finance Airline, aircraft and manufacturer finance Project management and quality Aeronautical project work, human factors Supply chain and risk management Quality standards in aviation Each of the training consultants will be working under the supervision and mentoring of senior consultants of Euresas, and: - Running courses for suppliers and airlines. You must aspire to becoming a lead trainer/lecturer in the appropriate subjects, and a facilitator of discussions with industry leaders and subject-matter experts - Developing courses in the relevant areas, pedagogical strategies, tools and materials, and evaluating the success of our effectiveness with clients - Providing consulting and research services Requirements The successful candidate will be a dynamic presenter with highly developed inter-personal skills, strong enthusiasm and a proven track record in the appropriate subject.
