As part of Roya! Jordanian Airlines restructuring and privatization program, the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, represented by Royal Jordanian Executive Privatization Committee (RJEPC), intends to sell Jordan Airmotive Limited (JALCo) by offering its shares through this international tendering process, JALCo is a limited liability company registered on July 27th, 2000. It occupies more than 12,000 sqm in a special free zone area at Queen Alia Internationa! Airport (QAIA), Amman, Jordan. The company is a specialized aircraft engine overhaul facility offering repair and overhaul of PWA JT3D, PWA JT8D and RR RB211-524 series engines, and partial repair of CFMI CFM56-5 and GE CF6-80 series engines. JALCo holds certification and approval of the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA), U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) and many other regional and international civil aviation authorities. JALCo will be privatized through an international invitation to tender for the sale of up to 100% stake to a capable investor, or a consortium of investors, with proven financial strength. Interested parties are invited to send an Expression of Interest, supported by adequate bidder profile documentation, to the address below. Short-listed candidates will be able to receive bidding documents outlining the transaction, bidding procedure and data room rules against a nonrefundable fee of US$ 2500 and upon receipt of a signed confidentiality agreement.The government reserves the right to exclude any unsuitable bidders. The company is a specialized aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider offering all levels of aircraft maintenance services for: B727, B707, L1011, A310, A320 and A340.
