We depend upon our Crew Resource Planning Group to ensure that our aircraft are fully staffed and ready to depart, on time, every time. Minimising disruption to our crew and passengers is critical! We'll look to you to ensure an efficient flying programme by making the absolute most of the crew and facilities available in the 48 hours to take-off. Leading a crewing team of 25, enforcing standard operating procedures, you will develop and optimise the deployment of crew. Ref: Your team will ensure that our completed rosters are maintained efficiently, up to the day of operation, to minimise crew disruption. Leading a team of 15, you will maximise crew utilisation and administer, cost effectively, all crew hotel and transport needs to meet our constant growth. Ref: Both roles require sound experience of airline crewing and operations leadership. Proven change and people management capability is essential! You will have the passion and energy to drive solutions in a fast changing environment, yet maintain operational and team stability. Such a busy area may demand some shift work and the necessity to work flexibly to meet targets.
