The position can be remotely based but would report into our European Head Office close to London Heathrow. THE ROLE - Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will be an experienced sales professional who can lead and drive forward sales within assigned territories for Bombardier Flexjet. You will be required to manage the entire sales process from recommending and managing multiple channel selling strategies to prospect identification and closing. Building relationships inside & outside of Bombardier Aerospace, you will be recommending suitable in-country marketing events whilst driving forward the sales process. Comfortable & efficient in managing a prospect database, you will be meeting and closing deals with large corporations and high net worth individuals. YOUR CREDENTIALS - You will be a proven sales professional who is highly ambitious and ready to take up a challenging role. Your sales experience may have been gained working within the service industry, selling high value products, charter services or value added solutions. Previous experience within aviation would be highly desirable. An effective negotiator, you will possess formidable organisational skills, be highly disciplined, focussed and would thrive within a pressurised but rewarding environment. You will have shown initiative and creativity within your Proposal and Presentation experience and have acute commercial business awareness. Your attention to detail and ability to meet important deadlines will be unquestioned. In our drive to deliver excellent customer service, we are looking to recruit the following vacancy: Customer Support Leader - SCAS Europe The role: Responsible for managing the aftermarket customer relationships across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for all Systems Components and Accessories repair and overhaul. This position will lead an international team of C&PS professionals to achieve 'baseline' revenue and cash targets, working closely with the "Sales team to guide regional initiatives and factor customer expectations into sales -plans. This position will also be responsible for managing the SCAS Europe 'Voice of the customer' process, developing demand forecasts and leading the SCAS Europe strategic plan. Our services include the sale, purchase and remarketing of aircraft, the structuring and management of leases and the technical control of aircraft and associated equipment. We intend to appoint a Technical Manager to continue the development and expansion of our asset management activities. The Technical Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the technical monitoring of our portfolio of managed aircraft and the provision of advisory services to our clients, including the development of our technical systems, resources and procedures. Applicants should be commercially-aware licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers or graduate Engineers with comprehensive experience of aircraft and records auditing, aircraft transfers, aircraft evaluation and project management. Knowledge of both JAA and US FAA procedures and requirements is necessary. The ability to work using one's own initiative, but also as part of a small highly motivated team is a prerequisite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, high productivity and the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure without compromising professional standards are also imperative. The post will be based at Gatwick but extensive travel will be required.
