Cebu Pacific to begin Melbourne service

Cebu Pacific plans to begin a thrice-weekly Manila-Melbourne service on 14 August.

The low-cost carrier will deploy Airbus A330-300s on the route.

FlightGlobal schedules show that the airline will compete with Philippine Airlines between the two cities.

Melbourne is Cebu Pacific's second Australian destination after Sydney, which it flies to five-times per week.
