Dassault Aviation is exhibiting the Falcon 6X cabin mock-up at NBAA, having adapted the unit originally produced for the now-defunct 5X.
The main change is the slight extension to the cabin length – the 6X is around 0.5m (20in) longer than the 5X it has replaced, says Jim Hurley, senior vice president for sales at Dassault Falcon Jet.
“The extension adds a pair of windows and we’ve used the extra length to add couple of drawer units,” says Hurley.
He adds that visitors to the mock-up have been impressed with the extra space the 6X cabin provides.
