JANUARY 20TH, 1949 V - SALISBURY O,1° \r the "Bristol" Freighter fills the "gap" in its world demonstration programme "Bristol" Freighters have already flown more than 100,000 miles in carrying out the major part of a three years' programme of demonstration tours. To complete this world-embracing programme, Freighter G-AILZ now begins a 17,000 mile tour of Africa. The " Bristol" Freighter will demonstrate that—apart from normal airline operation—it is an aircraft particularly suitable for a wide range of potential uses throughout the African continent. The tour of approximately six weeks' duration, will take in all important towns along the whole of the African coastline in addition to the main inland towns of East and South Africa. i A E R O P L ANB COMPANY X.IMITED BRISTOL • ENGLAND
