These challenging and varied roles demand at least five years' experience of aircraft and their systems, and a keen interest in training and training technologies. . Join us and you will help to provide instruction on a wide variety of training programmes, using conventional classroom teaching, audio visual techniques, and practical exercises in Fixed Base Simulators and Cockpit Procedure Trainers. \bu will also be encouraged to develop new training programmes and aids. \bu should ideally have a recognised appren ticeship or flight crew background in either the military or commercial sphere. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential and you must work well both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
