Components remarketer Avatar Alliance and Qatar Airways have signed an exclusive aircraft spares consignments agreement. Under the terms of the deal, Avatar will exclusively manage sales of Qatar Airways' excess parts inventory from its Atlanta, Georgia, and Amsterdam, Netherlands, bases.
