Airline Strategy Awards 2023

The Airline Strategy Awards 2023 took place in central London on 16 July 2023. Organised by Airline Business and Korn Ferry, these awards have, for more than two decades, been recognising excellence in boardroom leadership.

The Airline Strategy Awards are open to any senior executive, or airline team, that have demonstrated excellence in setting out strategies during the last 12 months and seeing them through to success. This year we are increasing the number of award categories to 9.

Reflecting the continuing fluidity of business models, we are moving to recognise leadership by region, therefore for 2023 we had five awards celebrating airline excellence in Africa and the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America and Latin America. This ensures that we celebrate a wider range of leaders operating against a similar market backdrop. We also gave awards for recognising excellence in air-cargo leadership, digital leadership and environment, social and governance leadership. To finish a night of celebrations, we then finished with the Airline Business award, with the winner whowas selected by the Airline Business team.
