NetJets Europe announced today that it has taken delivery of a Beechcraft 1900D to be used solely to support its growing fleet of nearly 100 aircraft.  The dedicated service aircraft will be dispatched across Europe at a moment’s notice to ensure that the NetJets fleet always benefits from first-class maintenance support, exactly when and where it is needed.
The 1900D is configured in a mixed passenger and cargo mode to allow for the positioning of flightcrews and service technicians, plus the transport of necessary spare parts and equipment.
The purchase comes shortly after NetJets Europe announced that it has signed its 1,000th customer.
Chief executive Bill Kelly says: “The purchase of the Beechcraft demonstrates the continued investment in our fleet, and in the exceptional service we provide all our customers. By acquiring an aircraft solely to support our crews and service technicians we are ensuring that we can respond to every eventuality as efficiently as possible. As our fleet continues to grow, so does our responsibility to keep it flying
